Musetti beats Zverev to play Draper in semifinal

Alexander Zverev, rated third, lost the Vienna Open quarterfinal on Friday as a result of failing to shut out Lorenzo Musetti.
Zverev had the upper hand in the second set, leading 3-0 in a tiebreaker after winning the first. After two and a half hours, however, the top seed succumbed badly, losing 2-6, 7-6 (5), 6-4.
Musetti also defeated Zverev, the 2021 Vienna champion, in the quarterfinals of the Paris Olympics. Musetti was thrilled to make the comeback.
