Fritz through to semifinals in Shanghai

At the Shanghai Masters on Friday, Taylor Fritz easily defeated Belgian David Goffin 6-3, 6-4 to move to his fifth Masters semifinal.
Throughout the 82-minute match, the 26-year-old American maintained control and converted three of his seven break points to advance to face either Jakub Mensik or four-time champion Novak Djokovic, who play later Friday.
