Murray unable to set up Djokovic match in Geneva

In the first round of the Geneva Open, Yannick Hanfmann easily defeated Andy Murray, denying the Briton the chance to face his longtime adversary Novak Djokovic.

Due to unusual weather on Monday, play was delayed with the former world number one Murray down 7-5 4-1.

Play was canceled for the day shortly after rain began to fall during the match and wind gusts swept white pollen onto the court.
