Nigeria made it to the Round of 16 at the WSF Men's World Team Championship ongoing in New Zealand.
Nigeria beat Japan 3-0 in their first match before losing to highly rated Switzerland.

Nigeria lost to France in the Round of 16.
Great game from the young Babatunde Ajagbe, Adegoke Onaopemipo and Gabriel Olufunmilayo.
