The FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2025 are currently taking place in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Austria, from February 4 to 16. The British Alpine Ski Team is showcasing its talent with prominent athletes like Dave Ryding, Laurie Taylor, and Billy Major. Ryding, a four-time Olympian and Britain`s most successful skier, is determined to surpass his best-ever finish of ninth at the world championships.

The competition schedule is packed with thrilling events. The Team Parallel event on February 4 will feature Giselle Gorringe, Lois Jackson, Calum Langmuir, and Owen Vinter. Following that, Gorringe will compete in the Super-G on February 6, while Roy Steudle and Vinter will take to the slopes on February 7. Steudle is also set to race in the Downhill on February 9. The Team Combined event on February 12 will see Billy Major competing in Slalom alongside Steudle in Downhill.
