Pyramids FC`s defeat to Pharco FC allows Al Ahly to close the gap in the Egyptian Premier League title race.

Pyramids FC`s title hopes took a hit as they fell 3-2 to Pharco FC at Alexandria`s Maxx Stadium on May 4. Despite late goals from Ibrahim Adel and Marwan Hamdi, Pharco`s Ahmed Sherif, Mahmoud Emad, and Amr Nasser secured the win, leaving Pyramids with a narrow one-point lead in the standings.
