Texan Prodigy's Meteoric Rise to Premier League

Fabian Hürzeler, a 31-year-old American coach, has joined Brighton after two seasons with St Pauli in Germany, leading them to Bundesliga promotion this season. The Texan began his career in a fifth-division Bavarian club, FC Pipinsried, before becoming St Pauli's assistant in 2020 and then taking over as head coach in December 2022, guiding the Hamburg club to the Bundesliga. He replaces Roberto de Zerbi, who is expected to join Olympique de Marseille.
