West Ham Appoints Julen Lopetegui as Manager

English club West Ham announced on Thursday the signing of Spaniard Julen Lopetegui to succeed David Moyes as manager starting next season. The 57-year-old former Real Madrid, Spain national team, and most recently Wolverhampton (2022-2023) coach will officially take up his position on July 1, after a year without managing. West Ham finished ninth in the Premier League but ended the season poorly.
