'Get rid of it or get better' - Gordon on VAR

Anthony Gordon, a forward for Newcastle, stated that he "doesn't understand the point" of video assistant referees (VAR) in sports.

Gordon appeared to be caught by Sofyan Amrabat of Manchester United during Newcastle's 3-2 loss at Old Trafford, but he was not awarded a penalty in the first half.

At the time, Newcastle was down 1-0. On-field referee Rob Jones declined to award a spot-kick, and VAR official Jarred Gillett also declined to request a review of the incident.
