A versatile 29-year-old player and centerpiece of the Bavarian system, Joshua Kimmich and his club Bayern have failed to agree on a possible extension (editor's note: his contract expires in the summer of 2025) and should therefore continue his career far from the Allianz Arena, which he worked with for nine seasons. He has been at the club since 2015.
