The Rendez-vous III tournament highlighted Aidan Schenk`s talent in Pickleball, showcasing competitive matches and rising stars.

The Rendez-vous III tournament took place on February 22, 2025, at École Antonine-Maillet in Dieppe, New Brunswick, showcasing the growing popularity of Pickleball in Canada. With 143 registered players, the tournament featured a competitive format that included both round robin and single-elimination playoff matches.

Registration closed on February 14, 2025, with an administration fee of $12 for refunds. The tournament kicked off at 9 a.m., with warm-up sessions starting at 8:30 a.m. Various men`s categories were contested, including Men’s 3.0 16 and over, Men’s 3.5 and under (ages 16 to 54), and Men’s Open (16 and over), among others.

In addition to the tournament, the Association of Pickleball Professionals (APP) announced its 2025 National Team of Rising Pickleball Stars, featuring Aidan Schenk and Alexa Schull from the APP`s Next Gen Program. Under the guidance of coaches Lee Whitwell and Chadwick Edwards, they will focus on peak performance training in preparation for global competitions, including the English Open in August.
