
GB's Ferguson, Barrow and Brown win world titles
At the UCI Road and Para-Cycling Road World Championships in Zurich, Great Britain won nine medals on the fourth day, with Cat Ferguson, Felix Barrow, and Fran Brown taking home world crowns.
In the women's junior individual time trial (ITT), Ferguson, 18, won in 23 minutes, 49.72 seconds, defeating Viktoria Chladonova of Slovakia by 34.30 seconds. British athlete Imogen Wolff earned third place.
Barrow beat Tim Celen of Belgium by 34.84 seconds with his timing of 16:28.66 to win the gold in the men's T2 individual time trial.
