Patrice Evra Sentenced to 12 Months in Prison

According to reports from L'Équipe and Le Parisien, former French national team captain Patrice Evra has been sentenced to 12 months in prison. The court found him guilty of "family abandonment" after he failed to pay child support amounting to €969,000 for his two children since July 2020.
