NZ retain Olympic women's rugby sevens title

After defeating Canada 19–12 in the women's rugby sevens Olympic final, New Zealand kept their title.

After halftime, Canada had a 12-7 lead, but tries from Michaela Blyde and Stacey Waaka helped the defending champs rally.

The Black Ferns won silver in Rio 2016 and now have three Olympic rugby sevens medals.
