Russia's appeal against suspension
The Court of Arbitration for Sport has denied Russia's appeal against the IOC's decision to suspend its membership.
In October, the IOC suspended the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) "with immediate effect" for "a breach of the Olympic charter".
The ROC recognized regional groups from four Ukrainian territories that Russia illegally acquired after its full-scale invasion in February 2022.
