Abdul Carter aims for the #1 pick at the NFL Combine while NFLPA report cards reveal team rankings.

The 2025 NFL Scouting Combine is currently taking place in Indianapolis, where top prospects are showcasing their skills for NFL teams. Among them is Penn State linebacker Abdul Carter, who confidently stated, "I feel like I`m the best player in the country," as he aims for the coveted 1 overall pick in the upcoming draft. Despite rehabbing a shoulder injury, Carter plans to participate in Penn State`s pro day on March 28, believing he is about 90% recovered and will be close to full strength in the coming month.

Carter highlights his pass-rushing ability and unique "ghost rush" move as key strengths, brushing aside concerns regarding his size. Meanwhile, the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) has released their annual team report cards based on player surveys, with the Miami Dolphins earning the top spot for the second consecutive year, followed closely by the Minnesota Vikings. The Atlanta Falcons made a significant leap from 25th to 3rd, while the Washington Commanders improved dramatically from last to 11th under new ownership.

The combine features various athletic tests and player interviews, with live coverage having begun on February 27 on NFL Network and NFL+.
