Timberwolves complete historic series victory

The Minnesota Timberwolves completed a 4-0 Western Conference first-round victory by defeating the Phoenix Suns 122-116 to win a play-off series for the first time in 20 years.

With 40 points, including 31 in the second half, Anthony Edwards led all scorers. He also pulled down nine rebounds.

Jaden McDaniels scored 18 points, and Karl-Anthony Towns contributed 28 points and 10 rebounds for Minnesota.
