Former world champion Damon Hill has accused Red Bull's Max Verstappen of behaving like Dick Dastardly, the antagonist from Wacky Races.
During Sunday's Mexico City Grand Prix, Verstappen received a 20-second penalty for two different incidents involving title challenger Lando Norris.
Norris of McLaren, who called Verstappen's driving "dangerous," finished second, while the Dutchman finished sixth.
