FIA rejects McLaren request to review penalty

The governing body of Formula 1 has denied McLaren's plea to have a penalty given to Lando Norris during the US Grand Prix reviewed.
Due to the five-second penalty for passing title contender Max Verstappen off the track, Norris' position in the race results dropped from third to fourth behind the Dutchman.
McLaren's proposal was rejected by the FIA's stewards because it had "no relevant new element."
