Byron Leads NASCAR Cup Series Ahead of AdventHealth 400

William Byron leads the NASCAR Cup Series as the AdventHealth 400 approaches, with Larson and Dillon making headlines.

William Byron currently dominates the NASCAR Cup Series standings with 421 points, closely followed by Kyle Larson at 408 points. As the series heads into the AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway on May 11, 2025, fans are eager to see if Byron can extend his lead. The race will be broadcast on FS1, FOX Deportes, MRN, and SiriusXM at 3 p.m. ET.

In addition to Byron`s impressive performance, Larson has excelled with six stage wins this season, while Byron has three. Tyler Reddick and Christopher Bell are also in the mix, showcasing the competitive nature of the series. Austin Dillon has shown consistency with three consecutive top-10 finishes, matching his longest streak in the Cup.

Team Penske has made a significant comeback, securing three top-five finishes in the last two races, including two wins. Meanwhile, Joe Gibbs Racing has struggled on 1.5-mile tracks, leading only 16 laps in 2025, their lowest since 2017. The season has been marked by thrilling races, with 305 lead changes and four races ending with a last-lap pass, setting new records.

Rookie Riley Herbst leads the rookie standings with 141 points, while the competition heats up as the series progresses toward the championship weekend in 2026 at Homestead-Miami.
