Joey Logano clinched his first victory of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season at the Wurth 400 held at Texas Motor Speedway. The race was marked by chaos, featuring multiple cautions and numerous lead changes, culminating in an exhilarating overtime finish. Logano made a decisive move to overtake Michael McDowell on lap 264 and successfully defended his lead during the overtime restart.

Ross Chastain finished a strong second, while Ryan Blaney rounded out the top three. The race spanned 271 laps on the 1.5-mile track, with Austin Cindric winning Stage 1 after leading from laps 24 to 83. Kyle Larson showcased his prowess by winning Stage 2, leading laps 125-160. Notable performances included Larson`s consistent top-five finishes and Denny Hamlin`s unfortunate early exit due to a blown engine on lap 75. Josh Berry led in Stage 2 before crashing on lap 125.
