Bulega leads Dutch WorldSBK, Norris excels in Bahrain F1 practice, while BMW dominates IMSA qualifying.

Nicolo Bulega from Aruba.it Racing – Ducati showcased his prowess by leading the Friday WorldSBK session at the 2025 Dutch WorldSBK with a remarkable time of 1:33.592s. Following closely were Axel Bassani and Toprak Razgatlioglu, setting the stage for an exciting race weekend. In the WorldSSP category, Can Öncü claimed pole position, breaking the track record with a stunning time of 1:36.184s, leaving Tom Booth-Amos and Bo Bendsneyder in his wake. Maria Herrera excelled in the WorldWCR Superpole, finishing 0.218 seconds ahead of Beatriz Neila, highlighting her competitive edge.

In Formula 1, Lando Norris made a strong impression by leading the first practice session at the Bahrain Grand Prix, outpacing Pierre Gasly by nearly two-and-a-half tenths of a second. This performance sets a promising tone for the McLaren driver as he aims for a strong showing in the upcoming race.

Meanwhile, in IMSA, Dries Vanthoor and BMW dominated the qualifying at Long Beach, achieving a 1-2 finish with Vanthoor securing pole position. This dominance reflects BMW`s strategic prowess and sets them up as formidable contenders in the race ahead.
