Former Burkina Faso International Pitroipa Runs for Burkina Faso FA Presidency

Former Burkina Faso international player Jonathan Pitroipa officially submitted his candidacy for the presidency of the Burkina Faso Football Federation (FBF) on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. Pitroipa, who previously played for French club Stade Rennais, hopes to contribute to the revival of football in Burkina Faso. The electoral commission now has a few days to analyze and validate the candidacy applications before the elections scheduled for August 31, 2024.
