IFAB gives the green light to test temporary exclusions

The IFAB has given the green light to test temporary expulsion in football. The white card will be tested soon, in order to sanction a player for 10 minutes, like in Rugby. It will be used in a very specific context: protests against the referee. Tactical fouls, like destroying an opposing counter-attack. A final decision is expected in March 2024.
