Two-time Cheltenham winner Shishkin dies

Trainer Nicky Henderson reports that two-time Cheltenham Festival winner Shishkin passed away following a leg break in an accident in his stable.

The horse was scheduled to compete on Wednesday in the Punchestown Gold Cup.

2020 saw Shishkin win both the Arkle Chase and the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham.
