Arsenal targets Cunha, Chelsea eyes Garnacho, while City seeks replacements amid January transfer buzz.

Arsenal is actively pursuing Wolves striker Matheus Cunha, whose contract situation remains unresolved. Contrary to recent speculation, Chelsea is not in negotiations for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.
