United Eyeing Osimhen as Summer Transfer Target

Manchester United targets Victor Osimhen and explores swaps, while Arsenal faces transfer rumors amid title challenges.

Manchester United is setting its sights on Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen as their primary target for the upcoming summer transfer window. Currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, Osimhen could be acquired for around £63 million, although he may need to accept a pay cut to join the Premier League giants. Alongside Osimhen, United is also considering Ipswich`s Liam Delap as a secondary option to bolster their attacking lineup.

In a strategic move to enhance their midfield, Manchester United is exploring a potential swap deal with Bayern Munich that would see Marcus Rashford head to Germany in exchange for Aleksandar Pavlovic. However, financial constraints could complicate this ambitious plan. Additionally, reports suggest that United is keen on signing Tottenham captain Heung-min Son, with a significant offer expected at the end of the season.

Arsenal is grappling with the fallout from a recent defeat to West Ham, which has jeopardized their title aspirations. The Gunners are linked with several high-profile strikers, including Benjamin Sesko, Alexander Isak, and Hugo Ekitike. Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain is rumored to be preparing a massive £111 million bid for Arsenal`s Declan Rice, intensifying the transfer speculation surrounding the club.

Chelsea is also active in the transfer market, reportedly eyeing Sevilla defender Loic Bade and competing with Barcelona for AC Milan star Rafael Leao. Furthermore, they are linked with a potential offer for former Manchester City winger Ferran Torres.

Liverpool is contemplating selling Darwin Nunez to fund a move for an elite striker, with Newcastle`s Alexander Isak emerging as a top target, potentially costing around £100 million. The Reds are also monitoring Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez as a future replacement for Andy Robertson.

Newcastle United is considering a move for Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo, valued at approximately £50 million, amidst competition from other top clubs. In other news, Bruno Fernandes was involved in a touchline altercation with Everton legend Derek Mountfield before leading Manchester United`s comeback at Goodison Park, which included a controversial late VAR penalty. Both Liverpool and Manchester City are showing interest in Bayern Munich midfielder Joshua Kimmich, whose contract is set to expire soon, although he is not a priority for either club.
