COBRA Golf Unveils Revolutionary DS-ADAPT Drivers

COBRA Golf has introduced its new family of DARKSPEED (DS) ADAPT drivers, fairways, and hybrids, marking a significant innovation in golf club technology. The DS-ADAPT drivers feature several groundbreaking technologies, including the FUTUREFIT33 adjustable hosel system. This system allows for 33 unique loft and lie settings, which can be adjusted independently, providing an unprecedented number of fitting options.

The DS-ADAPT drivers come in four models: DS-ADAPT LS, DS-ADAPT X, DS-ADAPT MAX-K, and DS-ADAPT MAX-D. Each model is designed to cater to different player types, with features such as PROGRESSIVE AERO shaping to reduce drag and increase club and ball speed. The internal ADAPTIVE WEIGHTING system utilizes advanced versions of COBRA’s PWR-BRIDGE weight, tailored for each loft and model to optimize performance.

For example, the LS model features a redesigned PWR-BRIDGE weight for low spin and maximum ball speed, while the X model allows players to adjust the weight position for varying levels of spin and forgiveness. The MAX-K and MAX-D models are designed for high MOI and draw bias, respectively.

The new DS-ADAPT fairway metals and hybrids also incorporate these innovative technologies, including FUTUREFIT33, ADAPTIVE WEIGHTING, and H.O.T. Face Technology. These advancements aim to deliver faster ball speeds, improved launch conditions, and enhanced overall performance for golfers.
