McIlroy wins Wells Fargo Championship with impressive final round. Starting the day one shot behind Schauffele, McIlroy quickly fell two shots behind after Schauffele's eagle on the 7th hole. However, McIlroy made a stunning comeback with eight birdies and two eagles in the following eight holes, finishing the round with a 65 (-6) despite a double-bogey on the 18th hole. This victory marks McIlroy's fourth win at the Charlotte tournament.
