Marshall Men`s Golf is making waves at the Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge, currently tied for the lead with Jacksonville State at an impressive 12-under par. Clayton Thomas spearheaded the team`s efforts with a stellar 5-under 67, showcasing five birdies and no bogeys. Cameron Jarvis and Ryan Bilby contributed significantly, each carding 3-under 69s, with Jarvis leading the team in birdies. Joseph Kalaskey added excitement to the day by scoring an eagle on his very first hole.

In another exciting tournament, the Golfweek/Any Given Tuesday Invite, Blake Henriques of North Alabama etched his name in history with a remarkable seven-under 65, tying the best round in UNA Division I history. Despite his impressive performance, he finished the first round just one stroke behind the leader, as North Alabama wrapped up the day in fifth place at eight-under.
