Golf Canada announces 24 professional athletes for the 2025 Team Canada squads, enhancing both men`s and women`s teams.

Golf Canada has unveiled the roster of 24 professional athletes joining the 2025 men`s and women`s Team Canada squads. This announcement adds to the seven women and two men previously selected as amateurs, alongside the NextGen members introduced last fall.

The women`s professional team boasts eight returning players, including standout talents like Brigitte Thibault and Brooke Rivers. New addition Anna Huang, who recently turned pro, will also enhance the squad`s depth.

On the men`s side, the professional team features 15 returning players, including notable names such as AJ Ewart and Jared du Toit. These athletes have made significant strides in their careers, with many achieving success on the PGA TOUR Americas and LPGA Tour.

The Team Canada program is dedicated to supporting these athletes through tailored training, competition assistance, and access to premier training facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, and Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, Florida. Savannah Grewal and Matthew Anderson were honored with the Emerging Professional Players of the Year Award for the 2024 season.
