'FIFA must halt Saudi World Cup bid' Amnesty

FIFA must put a stop to the Saudi Arabia 2034 World Cup bid unless significant human rights changes are made prior to the vote next month. According to Amnesty International and the Sport & Rights Alliance (SRA), Saudi Arabia is the only bidder for the 2034 World Cup, while Morocco, Spain, and Portugal were given the 2030 title by football's world governing body in October of last year.
