Salah helps Egypt beat Mauritania

While Tunisia suffered a shocking 1-0 home loss to Comoros on Friday, Mohamed Salah was on target to help Egypt maintain its perfect record in 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying with a resounding 2-0 victory against Mauritania.
In Cairo, Egypt struggled for over 70 minutes before breaking through the Mauritania defense to take a six-point lead in Group C halfway through the qualifications. Salah added to an opening goal by Trezeguet.
