Italy calls up uncapped Lorenzo Lucca

For the forthcoming Nations League games, Italy coach Luciano Spalletti has called up Lorenzo Lucca, an uncapped forward from Udinese, to replace Moise Kean, who is sidelined.
According to the national football association, Kean returned to Fiorentina on Monday morning to receive treatment for lower back problems after departing the Italy training camp.
Kean missed a penalty kick but assisted on the game-winning goal as Fiorentina defeated AC Milan 2-1 on Sunday. He played the entire ninety minutes of the match.
