Blackburn striker Ohashi gets maiden Japan call up

Yuki Ohashi of Blackburn Rovers, who is currently in form, received his first call-up to Japan on Thursday for their World Cup qualifying matchup with Saudi Arabia and Australia.
After joining Blackburn in the summer, the 28-year-old made an immediate impression, tallying four goals in his first five appearances for the Championship team.
