Barcelona reject Arsenal's world-record Walsh bid

Late in the Women's Super League transfer window, Arsenal's world-record bid for England midfielder Keira Walsh was rejected.
The 27-year-old still has a year left on her Barcelona contract, but the European champions were unwilling to let her go.
According to reports in Spanish media, Arsenal made a proposal of £930,000.
