Cristiano Ronaldo's game-winning goal against Scotland, according to former Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves, was another jab in the face of critics of Saudi Arabia's domestic football league.
Following his summer transfer, the 27-year-old Neves helped Al-Halil win the championship; veteran forward Ronaldo's Al-Nassr came in second.
