Morata leaves Atletico Madrid to join AC Milan

The Serie A team announced on Friday that Spanish striker Alvaro Morata has signed a four-year contract to join AC Milan from La Liga side Atletico Madrid.



The financial terms of the agreement were not made public by Milan or Atletico, but according to media reports, the Italian side activated the contract's release clause, which was worth about 13 million euros ($14.15 million).
