Buchanan taken to hospital after injury

Days before its July 5 Copa America 2024 quarterfinal matchup against Venezuela, Canada's full-back Tajon Buchanan sustained an injury during practice.



It has been confirmed by Canada Soccer that Tajon Buchanan hurt his lower leg during today's training session. The team released an official statement, saying, "He has been transported to a nearby hospital for additional assessment and treatment.
