England have target on back - Mead

Moving forward English champions for Euro 2025 Beth Mead stated that they "have a target on our back" as they want to improve their qualifying performance.

After a difficult start to their qualifiers, the Lionesses are currently third in their group behind France and Sweden, with plans to defend their European championship in Switzerland next year.

Sarina Wiegman's team has so far drawn with Sweden, defeated the Republic of Ireland, and lost to France. In four days, they will play France again on Tuesday.
