Rooney to speak to Plymouth

Wayne Rooney is scheduled to speak with Plymouth Argyle, a Championship team, regarding their open head coaching position.

After a dismal campaign in which he lost nine of his fifteen games at Birmingham, Rooney, 38, is eager to rebuild his reputation.

Towards the end of the previous season, Ian Foster was fired, and Argyle is currently searching for a new manager.
