First Women’s Club World Cup to take place in 2026


Fifa has declared that the first Women's Club World Cup will be in January and February of 2026.

Every four years, the 16-team competition will take place in between the group stages and knockout stages of the Women's Champions League, during the European leagues' domestic season.

The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) season in the United States typically starts in March.
