Janet Jepkemboi Amimo delivered a stunning performance in the women`s 1500m, securing a silver medal with a time of 4:20.59. Her determination and speed were palpable as she crossed the finish line, solidifying her status as a formidable competitor.

In the field events, Payton Phillips soared to a bronze medal in the women`s pole vault, clearing a height of 4.26m (13-11.75). Meanwhile, Luke Brown made his mark in the men`s triple jump, earning silver with a season-best leap of 16.33m (53-7). The excitement continued as the women`s 4x400m relay team rounded out the medal tally with a bronze finish, clocking in at 3:28.78.

In football, Everton triumphed over Southampton with a 2-0 victory, while West Ham United faced a nail-biting challenge against Nottingham Forest, trailing 1-2 in the dying moments of the match.
