The Brother UK/Onform team stands out in the women`s category, managed by Billy Oliver. This team is recognized for its robust support system and an ambitious race calendar, which is intended to elevate riders to UCI teams. Notable riders such as Anna Boniface and Becky Babbage have contributed to the team`s success, including their triumph in the 2024 British Team Cup. Another significant team is Loughborough Lightning, which merges a UK-based road program with international exposure, utilizing the world-class facilities at Loughborough University under the management of David Nichols.
On the men`s side, the Spirit Racing Team is dedicated to developing elite cyclists with a clear pathway to UCI Pro Continental and WorldTour teams.
