Thomas to race Giro d'Italia and Tour de France

It has been confirmed by Geraint Thomas that he will compete in the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia this year.

Following talks with the management of Ineos Grenadiers, the 37-year-old Welshman made his plans public on social media.


After finishing second in the Giro against Primoz Roglic the year before, Thomas says he wants to "have another bash" when the race starts in May.
