Tadej Pogačar has surged to the forefront of the UAE Tour 2025 after clinching victory in Stage 3, solidifying his position as a strong contender for the overall title. The competition, running from February 17 to 23, has already seen thrilling moments, including a dramatic uphill finish in Stage 4 where Jonathan Milan narrowly missed out on the win, finishing second in a tight sprint against Tim Merlier and Jasper Philipsen.

Stage 1 commenced at Madinat Zayed Shams Solar Park but was marred by a high-speed crash involving several riders, including Viviani and Valter, though fortunately, no serious injuries were reported. Stage 2 featured an individual time trial, showcasing the talents of 139 riders, with Brandon McNulty emerging as a favorite.

The UAE Tour has also faced setbacks, notably the withdrawal of Eddie Dunbar due to a hand injury sustained in Stage 1.
