The 2025 TYR Wodapalooza in Miami concluded with thrilling performances, showcasing elite CrossFit athletes. James Sprague and Lucy Campbell emerged victorious in their respective divisions, solidifying their status in the competitive landscape of CrossFit.

Sprague dominated the elite men`s division, finishing with an impressive 294 points. He outperformed notable competitors like Patrick Vellner, who secured 267 points, and a tie for third place between Harry Lightfoot and Jonne Koski, both with 255 points. The competition was fierce, reflecting the high stakes and intense training that characterize the sport.

In the elite women`s division, Lucy Campbell led the pack with 276 points, followed closely by Emma Tall with 260 points and Alexis Raptis, who finished with 249 points. The event featured a diverse range of workouts, including challenges like "Two Rounds Too Many" and "High Stakes, Tight Ropes," which tested the athletes` strength, endurance, and agility.
