Captain Stokes out of first Test as Carse debuts

Durham seamer Brydon Carse will make his debut in the first Test match against Pakistan, replacing England captain Ben Stokes.
Although Stokes, 33, hasn't played since early August, England claimed ten days ago that he was "on track" to take part in this tour.
Before batting in the nets on Saturday in Multan, the all-rounder primarily practiced alone from the rest of the team. He then announced that he will miss the Test match beginning on Monday.
