I've been told not to lift my kids up - Wood

Due to an elbow issue, England bowler Mark Wood claims he has been instructed to "stop picking his kids up" with his right arm.
Wood, 34, will not be able to play any more games in 2024 due to "bone stress" in his right elbow.
He hopes to play again for England in the New Year, but in order to determine the full degree of his injury, more testing will be conducted in the days to come.
