England drop batter Lawrence for Pakistan tour

England has named a 17-man squad that includes uncapped players Jordan Cox and Brydon Carse in place of batter Dan Lawrence for the tour of Pakistan.
Following his absence from the 2-1 series victory over Sri Lanka due to a hamstring injury, captain Ben Stokes will be back for the three Test matches in October.
Zak Crawley, the opener, has returned after missing the same series due to a fractured finger.
